Privacy Policy
The short version: what you type into the calculators never leaves your browser. This page explains exactly what happens — and doesn't happen — with your data.
Your calculator inputs stay in your browser
The date of birth and other values you enter into the calculators are processed in your browser. They are never sent anywhere and never passed to analytics. Nothing you type is stored on any server.
The one exception is the optional "Remember my date on this device" checkbox on the countdown calculator: when ticked, it stores your date in your own browser's local storage. It's off by default, it never leaves your device, and resetting the tool clears it.
Analytics
This site uses two analytics services to understand aggregate usage — pages viewed, referrers, device and browser type, and approximate location:
- Google Analytics 4 (Google) — may set cookies and use identifiers on your device. See Google's privacy policy and the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- Ahrefs Web Analytics (Ahrefs) — describes its analytics as cookieless and aggregated. See Ahrefs' privacy policy.
These tools measure page-level usage only — never the values you type into a calculator. You can block analytics through your browser settings or a content blocker and the site keeps working normally.
Hosting and error reports
This site is hosted on Netlify, which processes standard server logs (such as IP addresses) as a hosting provider.
Report an Error submissions are handled by Netlify Forms: the text you submit (and any screenshot) is stored by Netlify and emailed to the site owner so the problem can be fixed.
